Registration Application (Full, Conditional, Non-practising)

Individuals who wish to apply for registration as a dental hygienist in B.C. must complete the Registration Application form. A copy is available by contacting the College office, or may be downloaded here.

Student Registration Application

Students enrolled in a dental hygiene program may be eligible for registration as a Student Registrant. The application form can be downloaded here.

Full Registration (Residential Care) Information and Application

Individuals who are full registrants of the College and have additional qualifications may apply for Full Registration (Residential Care). More information and the application form are available here.
